I am now at GMS rowing center in Connectict where I will be training for next week before leaving for Munich on Sunday. I am excited to have a week of concentrated training with coaching before leaving. I have not been coached since March! Hopefully I can get some good feedback from Guenter this week and make improvements. It is a rainy Sunday morning here and we all have the day off. These days off are rare so we all take advantage of it and do nothing!!!! 11 days to my first race in Munich.
