There is no excuse for my lack of blogging lately. I am training in Craftsbury and I actually have plenty of time to write regular entries.
We have a 6k stake race tomorrow between the GRP squad, so I will give a run down of that.
I just attended Lynn Jennings' talk on her running career that culminated in bronze in the 10k at the 92 Olympics. Very well spoken and coherent. It's awesome to be able to spend a lot of time with her.
