10 min pieces on the bike at altitude= ouch.
Max exertion on a stationary bike is painfully simple. Keep stepping as hard as possible on the pedals until your heart rate maxes out or the 10 minutes is up. And...repeat.
It will be interesting to see what this work at altitude yields once I get back to sea level.
Time to hit the slopes!
