sick in bed...

Well. This is the first practice I have missed in a long time and it feels wrong.

Not exactly sure, but I am pretty sure I got food poisoning or some sort of bug that made me vomit quite a bit this morning. No fun.

Probably a bigger post to come because I have a lot of free time...
