Did a 1/4 mi starting piece with Alan Campbell this morning. What an honor it was to do some sparring with him, He is an incredibly nice and humble guy.

After the piece he asked, " Where did you get that speed from?"

Hahaha, I didn't know what to say!

Very fun, we finished level after 400m.
