I plan to write a substantial post tomorrow, but for now, the news is that we have been in singles since we got back and I think it has been hugely beneficial so far. Today we raced the Head of the Hosmer(2.8k) in singles and I broke the 1x record by 10 seconds. I set the old record(9:48) in June 2013 right before leaving for Europe to race World Cups in the M1x. Today, I went 9:38. I'll go more into detail in the next post but it felt really good to see some marked improvement even in the midst of jet lag and without having spent much time in the single recently. Having trouble keeping my eyes open, so thats all for now. More to come tomorrow.
